This is a significant opportunity with a well-established, boutique accounting firm located in Bundall, which has a history spanning many years. The firm fosters a friendly and relaxed culture.

Position Overview

This Senior Manager role has been established due to firm growth and the requirement to provide additional support to the Director. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing approximately $1.5 million in client fees.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team comprising 6 onshore staff and offshore resources.
• Collaborating closely with the Director on firm growth initiatives and daily operations.
• Engaging in new business development activities.
• Undertaking high-level advisory projects.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess:

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Over 10 years of experience within Australian Public Practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience with advisory services.
• Solid tax knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A stable employment history.
