About the Role

This position is responsible for managing complex end-to-end procurement, contracts, and supplier arrangements. The role drives cost efficiencies, strategic sourcing, expenditure analysis, and supply chain outcomes to maximise value for Queensland Health.

About You

The ideal candidate will be able to undertake the following key accountabilities in line with Metro North Health's values:

• Support the Principal Procurement and Contracts Officer (Clinical Services) by providing a point of accountability and managing all aspects of clinical services procurement, management, and reporting within MNHHS.
• Protect Metro North's reputation by ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved in procurement activities, including probity, accountability, and transparency.
• Ensure communication and consultation with key department personnel to guarantee all procurement processes are compliant and inclusive, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring successful procurement outcomes.
