What you'll be doing:

• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Provide technical leadership.
• Manage contract administration.
• Mentor engineers.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Drive quality outcomes.
• Lead day-to-day engineering activities.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Drive quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage RFIs, design issues, variations, and project documentation.
• Monitor programme, productivity, and commercial performance.
• Support procurement, planning, and resource coordination.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Mentor developing engineers and contribute to a positive team culture.
