The Opportunity: This role involves working on large-scale, complex projects across various sectors including health, social infrastructure, and education. You will play a key role in project execution, from design coordination to quality control, contributing to the delivery of exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Site Management Support: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management, ensuring on-time completion and quality adherence.
• Design Management: Resolve design issues and provide technical input throughout the design and construction phases.
• Program Preparation & Administration: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring effective program management and delivery.
• Site-Based Execution: Oversee cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress regularly.
• Health & Safety Advocacy: Champion health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant building and tertiary qualifications.
• Proven experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to lead and solve complex problems.
• Experience managing subcontractor performance and coordinating design processes.
• Knowledge of cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls.
• A strong commitment to advocating and promoting health and safety standards.
