About the Role A full-time, onsite Senior Services Coordinator is sought to contribute to a Data Centre project, located in Western Sydney or on the North Shore. Work is secured for Data Centres through to 2028. This role involves leading the team responsible for coordinating major Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) packages on the Data Centre project. The successful candidate will be expected to read and interpret drawings, and effectively manage and collaborate with M&E Sub-contractors and other Service Trades. Reporting directly to the Services Manager, you will be part of a services team of 8, attending all relevant meetings and providing support throughout the project's full lifecycle.

Requirements for this Role:

• A strong emphasis on Building Services.
• A Mechanical or Electrical degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of site experience within the commercial construction industry.
• Experience in commercial construction delivery on large projects.
• Extensive experience with Building Services on projects exceeding $200 million, ideally within the Healthcare or Data Centre sectors.
• The ability to motivate and mentor colleagues.
• Previous experience working for a Building Services sub-contractor or a Tier 1 or 2 main building contractor in a senior role.
• A consistent employment history demonstrating significant tenure with past employers.
