About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering administrative and reporting assistance to the customer service network across Epson Australia and New Zealand, encompassing direct operations, partners, and authorised service agents. Key responsibilities include:
- Process, Systems & Administrative Support
- Data Handling & Basic Reporting
- Warranty Returns Coordination
- Effective Communication
This is a valuable opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail seeking to develop skills in data handling, reporting, and system administration within a supportive team setting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred but not essential.
- Possession of basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., data entry, simple formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Some exposure to Power BI or reporting tools is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is beneficial; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good organisational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to adhere to processes and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
