At United Disability Care, leadership focuses on empowering individuals and teams to achieve meaningful outcomes. As a Service Leader, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, person-centred support, guiding and motivating your team. Your role will involve fostering a supportive and respectful environment where clients are encouraged towards independence and goal achievement, ensuring services are delivered safely, consistently, and in accordance with best practice. This is a leadership opportunity within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Concierge operating homes in Milton & Newstead QLD.

What we offer:

A day in the life of a Service Leader:

No two days are the same. You will mentor and support your team, and provide direct care when necessary, assisting with daily living, personal care, and community activities. You will manage rosters and scheduling to ensure smooth service delivery. Collaboration with clients and their families to develop individualised care plans will be a key responsibility. You will also build relationships with families, community networks, and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for those we support.

What you’ll bring:

  • Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or a related qualification.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team; a Team Leader or Site Leader background is highly regarded.
  • Background in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access.
  • Knowledge of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred approaches.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • A reliable and working vehicle that you are willing to use for Community Access with clients.

Why join UDC?

We are a Certified Great Place to Work, committed to an inclusive and supportive culture. At UDC, you will be encouraged to grow, your impact will be celebrated, and you will be empowered to lead with purpose.
