Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing tender and design documentation to identify services-related risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate and review subcontractor proposals, and support the procurement of services trades.
• Monitor services installation, testing, and commissioning activities against project requirements.
• Participate in services coordination meetings involving consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct inspections and review testing and commissioning documentation to ensure contract compliance.

What You Will Bring:

You possess an aptitude for understanding the functional aspects of buildings and approach your work with curiosity and collaboration. A genuine interest in developing your technical capabilities on complex construction projects is essential.

• Trade or tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or building services.
• Background in electrical, mechanical, or broader building services is advantageous.
• Understanding of services coordination within commercial construction projects.
• Ability to interpret services documentation, specifications, and drawings.
• Strong communication skills for engagement with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
