Site Engineer - Northern NSW

WYN&CO Search Recruitment & Payroll is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Sydney NSW. This position offers a salary of $120,000k-$140,000k + Super.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected commercial builder on a major education project in Northern NSW. Working collaboratively with an experienced Project Manager and Site Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, upholding quality standards, and contributing to the safe, timely, and budget-conscious delivery of the project.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with project programming and short-term planning.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Undertake QA inspections and manage project documentation.
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential delivery risks.
• Ensure WHS compliance throughout the project.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support the successful delivery of the project from commencement to completion.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Site Engineer within commercial construction.
• Previous experience delivering education, commercial, or government projects is highly regarded.
• A strong understanding of programming, QA processes, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A relevant Engineering or Construction qualification.
