Our Structural team in Wollongong is seeking an enthusiastic Draftsperson. Reporting to the Wollongong Structural Group Manager, your primary responsibility will be to successfully plan and complete assigned drafting projects within agreed budgets and deadlines, adhering to company and project standards. Consistently producing quality documents within agreed timeframes is key to this role.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the following attributes:
- 1-3 years of post-qualified drafting experience; local experience is highly valued.
- 1-3 years of Revit structural experience.
- Local experience in Structural Steel, Precast, and/or Reinforced concrete buildings.
- Formal Revit training is desirable.
To be considered for this position, you should ideally possess:
- Dedication to project success and delivery; demonstrable projects you are passionate about are encouraged.
- An interest in BIM and construction-related technology.
- Strong communication skills; the ability to articulate your collaborative working methods is important.
- A strong interest in Drafting and a desire for long-term career development.
