Sourcey is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Structural Revit Drafter / BIM Modeller for a full-time, onsite role in Melbourne VIC. The salary offered is AUD 70,000 - 100,000 per annum, plus superannuation, dependent on experience.

This is an engaging opportunity to join a well-established engineering consultancy focused on mid to high-rise developments. You will contribute to a robust pipeline of mixed-use, hotel, commercial, and residential tower projects, working alongside seasoned engineers and industry leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality structural documentation using Revit.
• Develop and manage BIM models for diverse and intricate projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and external consultants.
• Participate in design development from conceptual stages through to construction.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in a comparable structural drafting or BIM role.
• Essential strong proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with mid to high-rise building projects.
• A solid understanding of structural detailing and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
