Study Manager - Gold Projects

Titan Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking one or two experienced Study Managers for an onsite contract role in Perth, WA. This position offers a competitive salary of $150 - $170 per hour for a 40-hour week.

This role is critical for leading upcoming gold project studies, supporting fast-track Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) and Feasibility Study (FS) programs through key development stages. You will be instrumental in driving study delivery. A thorough understanding of the study framework, key deliverables, technical interfaces, consultant management, and the stage-gate approval process is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and execution of studies.
• Coordinate technical teams and consultants.
• Develop study plans, scopes, and schedules.
• Manage costs, risks, and governance processes.
• Support approvals and key decisions.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Strong mining study management experience.
• Open pit gold project exposure is essential.
• Mineral processing project experience.
• Experienced with PFS and FS delivery.
• Strong stakeholder and consultant coordination.
• Knowledge across multidisciplinary mining functions.
