Role Description: We are seeking a Supervisor/Manager to join our Technology industry division. In this capacity, you will serve as a trusted advisor to innovative technology businesses, offering strategic advisory, Virtual CFO (VCFO) services, and compliance support. You will collaborate directly with founders and leadership teams to achieve meaningful commercial outcomes.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a supervisor or manager role.
- CA or CPA Qualifications.

Daily Responsibilities May Include:
- Managing and leading a portfolio of technology-focused clients, acting as a trusted advisor on financial, operational, and strategic matters.
- Advising clients on tax strategies, business growth opportunities, and structuring, ensuring commercially sound and compliant outcomes.
- Managing the lodgement of all tax returns, BAS, IAS, and other statutory obligations to meet deadlines.
- Overseeing the preparation and review of management reports, statutory accounts, and compliance obligations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Performing Virtual CFO (VCFO) services, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, KPI reporting, and strategic business planning.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and provide strategic insights.
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance, reviewing work, and supporting professional development.
- Collaborating with advisory, tax, and specialist teams to deliver tailored, integrated client solutions.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing and capability building within the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with Australian accounting standards, legislative requirements, professional standards, and internal quality controls.
