Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Supervisor for a permanent, full-time, onsite role within its Newcastle Operations team. This position involves working on a significant site in Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
- Ensure adherence to Monadelphous, client, and legislative Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
- Lead by example and cultivate a positive team culture.

What you will bring:
- Welding Supervisor Certificate No.10 AS 1796-2001 (highly regarded).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a site-based supervisor.
- Must hold an Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification.
- Fixed Plant and shutdown experience is preferred.
- The drive to be hands-on and lead by example.
- A strong ability to manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, and management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
