Supervisor

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Supervisor for a permanent, full-time, onsite role within its Newcastle Operations team. This position involves working on a significant site in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
• Ensure adherence to Monadelphous, client, and legislative Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead by example and cultivate a positive team culture.

What you will bring:

• Welding Supervisor Certificate No.10 AS 1796-2001 (highly regarded).
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a site-based supervisor.
• Must hold an Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification.
• Fixed Plant and shutdown experience is preferred.
• The drive to be hands-on and lead by example.
• A strong ability to manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, and management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
