Your Role and Responsibilities:

Our Support Workers and Domestic Assistants approach their work with dedication. You will visit individuals in and around Noosa, Tewantin, and surrounding areas, with each day offering unique experiences and opportunities to make a difference.

As a Support Worker, your duties will include:

• Delivering care that is personalised to each individual's specific needs and Care Plan.
• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition.
• Providing respite care, whether in the home or during outings.
• Aiding with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, bed making, and shopping.
• Offering social support to help individuals remain connected to what and who is important to them.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will:

• Assist with cleaning duties including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and laundry.
• Prepare simple meals, make beds, iron, or help with shopping.
• Contribute to the ease and comfort of everyday life through your care and support.

For these roles, you will be required to use your own reliable vehicle to travel to client homes and to assist with transporting clients within the community. We invite you to share your availability to facilitate the provision of a set roster.

• Possess experience in aged care, disability support, or community work. A Certificate III is beneficial, but your dedication and practical skills are highly valued.
• Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Have, or are willing to obtain, First Aid and CPR certifications, and a National Criminal History Check.
