Our work involves supporting individuals in various settings, including Clubhouses, their homes, and the community, with the aim of fostering communities where people with shared interests can explore hobbies, build friendships, and thrive.

A Typical Day Involves:

• Connecting individuals based on shared interests, facilitating lasting friendships.
• Leading engaging activities such as art sessions, sports, or group outings.
• Assisting participants in exploring their communities and engaging in events aligned with their interests.
• Cultivating an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and connected.
• Recognising achievements, offering encouragement, and supporting individuals in reaching their goals.
• Collaborating with the team to develop vibrant, interest-focused programs.

What You Bring:
