Eternal Disability Care is looking for dependable and capable Support Workers to deliver exceptional, person-centred assistance to NDIS participants with complex requirements in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Facilitate community participation, appointments, and social engagements.
• Implement Behaviour Support, Mealtime, and Health Management Plans.
• Uphold participant dignity, safety, and independence.
• Maintain accurate shift notes and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex or high-intensity needs is required. Experience with Supported Independent Living (SIL) is preferred.
• Possess strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing challenging behaviours.
• Familiarity with NDIS Practice Standards and participant rights is expected.
• Knowledge or experience in manual handling is beneficial.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Possession of a driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Legal entitlement to work in Australia.
• A Working With Children Check is preferred.
