Remedy Resourcing is seeking a Tax Manager, Senior Manager, or Director for a recently established specialist tax advisory firm in Brisbane. The firm works with impressive clients and is comprised of Big4 tax professionals.

The role offers exposure to a diverse client portfolio, with expertise encompassing:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Divestments
• Refinancing
• Capital restructures & public offerings
• Fund and platform establishments
• Tax consolidation
• Tax modelling & tax distribution/provision calculations
• Unit pricing, compliance lodgements
• Tax governance and risk management

This is a key leadership position suitable for individuals at Senior, Manager, Senior Manager, or Director-adjacent levels. The role provides the opportunity to engage with complex tax matters, cultivate robust client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction. A strong corporate tax advisory skillset, ideally from a Big4 or top-tier firm, is sought.

About You:

• A demonstrated history of working within a Big4/Top-tier tax team.
• Strong technical expertise in Australian tax.
• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading engagements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, specialist environment.
