Taxation & Business Services Manager

This role involves working under two directors and supporting the management of a team. Key responsibilities include high-level preparation of compliance and advisory work, and regular liaison with diverse large clients to provide tax and general business advice. You will also be involved in developing staff through supervision, review, and mentoring.

Requirements:

• Experience within an Australian accounting firm, including staff and client management.
• Completion of CA or CPA qualifications.
• Proficiency in Division 7A, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), and matters relevant to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and review the work of junior staff members.
• Prior experience presenting to clients.
• Ambition for progression and a genuine interest in equity pathways.
