Technical Field Engineer

This Technical Field Engineer role focuses on ensuring the security, reliability, and mission readiness of our federal government client’s systems. You will provide expert on-site technical support and cultivate strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform activities related to the installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and servicing of computer-related products, including desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction across all interactions.

Essential Requirements:

• NV1 or NV2 security clearance is mandatory for this position.
• A valid Driver's License is required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Deskside support environment, including fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
• Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting a corporate Windows environment.
• Experience with printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals).
• Proficiency in software and hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PCs.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience supporting a Deskside environment.
• Test and Tag experience is highly regarded.
