Tool Store Coordinator

About the Role
The Tool Store Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate oversight, servicing, repair, and control of Liebherr's diverse range of specialist and general tooling. This includes coordinating the maintenance of all tooling equipment, interacting with suppliers and contractors, and performing general store duties as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the issuing and return of tooling and equipment.
- Maintain cost control savings on workshop consumable monthly expenditure.
- Liaise with suppliers for quotations on tooling and equipment, for both repair and new purchase items.
- Coordinate the maintenance, repair, calibration, and service of tooling and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for services and required materials.
- Maintain the SDS register (in conjunction with department personnel).
- Operate load shifting equipment.
- Monitor, report on, and control safety audits for tools and equipment.
- Maintain and update repair schedules and history for compliance and audit requirements.
- Prepare tooling for transport to sites.
About You
- High Risk Forklift License is essential.
- Experience in warehouse operations is essential.
- Mechanical Trade Background is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry, information maintenance, and record keeping.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
