Finesse Engineering Services Pty Ltd is expanding its workshop team in Mackay and seeks an individual eager to learn, develop, and establish a trade career within a high-standard workshop environment. A genuine apprenticeship pathway is available for a suitable candidate.

The Role

You will support experienced tradespeople on diverse fabrication and repair projects. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Boilermakers and tradesmen.
• Performing grinding and basic fabrication tasks.
• Undertaking workshop and yard housekeeping.
• Engaging in material handling and general labouring.
• Ensuring a clean, organised, and safe workspace.

Essential Requirements

• A current driver’s license.
• Physical fitness and capacity for manual labour.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• A strong work ethic and a demonstrated willingness to learn.

Highly Regarded

• A Forklift License.
• A Doggers/Riggers Ticket.
