Role Overview

This role is integral to delivering Treasury functions for the KGF Australia Group and supporting the Global Treasury Manager in achieving overall business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring effective short and medium-term cash management to support working capital requirements.
• Managing business risk, primarily from FX exposure related to export sales.
• Providing insights into financial markets that may impact KGF due to specific foreign currency movements.
• Assisting in the implementation of a Treasury Management System.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience working within a Treasury role.
• A degree qualification in Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• An understanding of financial markets and IR/FX hedging solutions.
• Experience with FX hedge accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in cash flow forecasting.
• Skills in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Strong Excel modelling capabilities.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other numerical report writing programs.
