FutureYou is partnering with a high-growth Non-Bank Lender specialising in ABS and RMBS. This organisation has established a strong reputation and is experiencing significant growth. They are seeking a high-calibre Treasury Analyst with a focus on Securitisation to join their Treasury team in a broad role.

This presents a valuable opportunity for an experienced Treasury Analyst to join a respected, growing organisation and acquire diverse experience as the company expands.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of various warehouses.
• Analyse trust performance and ensure compliance with triggers, parameters, and obligations.
• Calculate and monitor all funding requirements and covenants.
• Prepare and quality check pool cut information, monthly servicer reporting, and pool analysis.
• Prepare cash flow distribution waterfall calculations.
• Perform daily and weekly cash forecasting.
• Maintain the Treasury Dashboard, risk appetite metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Manage swaps and interest rate risk, ensuring exposures are adequately hedged.
• Liaise with banks, investors, and other facility counterparties.
• Analyse and provide insights on funding vehicles and performance trends.
• Interpret legal documentation to cross-reference against waterfalls.
• Implement process improvements, automation, and a new Treasury Management System.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Treasury Reporting and Securitisation experience.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build pivots, v-lookups, and complex formulas.

Job Offer:

The remuneration package includes a base salary of $110,000 to $125,000, plus superannuation and bonus potential.
