We are looking for students currently undertaking studies in, or aligned to, the following areas:

• Commercial
• Human Resources
• Data Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

• Geotechnical Engineering
• Process Engineering
• HSE – Health
• Surveying
• HSE – Safety

Responsibilities:

• Assist site teams with daily operational and technical tasks.
• Gain exposure to actual mining projects, systems, and processes.
• Work alongside experienced supervisors, engineers, environmental professionals, geologists, and other site-based personnel.
• Develop an understanding of safety, production, environmental, and operational requirements.
• Cultivate practical workplace skills including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Contribute to meaningful work that aids site performance and ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant university degree.
• A genuine interest in the mining industry and regional operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach and readiness to learn.
• A commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• A willingness to work in regional or site-based locations for the duration of the placement.
