We are looking for students currently undertaking studies in, or aligned to, the following areas:
- Commercial
- Human Resources
- Data Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering

- Geotechnical Engineering
- Process Engineering
- HSE – Health
- Surveying
- HSE – Safety
Responsibilities:
- Assist site teams with daily operational and technical tasks.
- Gain exposure to actual mining projects, systems, and processes.
- Work alongside experienced supervisors, engineers, environmental professionals, geologists, and other site-based personnel.
- Develop an understanding of safety, production, environmental, and operational requirements.
- Cultivate practical workplace skills including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Contribute to meaningful work that aids site performance and ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant university degree.
- A genuine interest in the mining industry and regional operations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach and readiness to learn.
- A commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- A willingness to work in regional or site-based locations for the duration of the placement.
