Role Overview: Opal HealthCare seeks a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to direct the Meaningful Life program and enhance the resident experience at Lansdowne Gardens Care Community. • Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Remuneration: Attractive base salary plus 12% superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a varied and engaging program of events and activities designed to support residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
• Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, acknowledging their individual backgrounds, preferences, and interests.
• Mentor and guide the care team to foster meaningful daily interactions with residents.
• Collaborate with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
• Drive the creation of a dynamic community culture that enables resident thriving.

Essential Requirements:

• A strong commitment to enriching the lives of others and generating joyful experiences.
• Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a comparable role; aged care experience is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in creativity, organisation, and communication.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or a clear aspiration to coach and support a team.
• A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.
