Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Work Service Coordinator to manage daily workshop refurbishment activities in Matraville. This is an onsite contract role for a minimum of three months, with the possibility of extension while permanent recruitment is in progress. The role requires an immediate start.
About the Role
The Work Service Coordinator will oversee the daily workshop refurbishment process, coordinate assigned trade activities, support SAP-based processes, and assist with rotables refurbishment for materials. Responsibilities also include adhering to safety initiatives and processes, and managing external contractors as assigned.
Remuneration and Contract Details
- Hourly rate between $75 to $80, plus superannuation, paid weekly.
- Minimum 3-month contract with potential for extension.
- Onsite role based in Matraville.
- Immediate start required.
- Experience within an SAP environment is necessary.
- This is a hands-on workshop coordination position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day workshop refurbishment process.
- Coordinate work assigned to trades.
- Support SAP-based workshop and refurbishment processes.
- Support rotables refurbishment processes for materials.
- Adhere to safety initiatives and processes.
- Manage external contractors as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a Workshop Service Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience using SAP.
- Experience with rotables refurbishment processes for materials.
- Strong coordination capability across trades and workshop activities.
- Safety focused with the ability to follow site processes and initiatives.
- Ability to manage external contractors as assigned.
- Ability to work onsite in Matraville.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.
