Boardriders is seeking an experienced individual to join the management team as the 2IC at SDS Cairns Central.

About the Role In partnership with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering a team-first culture, and achieving store results. Your contributions will include:

• Cultivating a sales-driven environment through daily coaching and support.
• Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, with a strong emphasis on the customer journey.
• Analysing sales reports to identify and implement action plans for underperforming categories and products.
• Executing Visual Merchandising (VM) and promotional activities in accordance with business directives.
• Providing feedback on stock levels and managing store inventory.
