Smiggle is seeking a spirited and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Eastgardens location. This role involves fostering a vibrant and engaging store atmosphere that appeals to children and adults alike. The successful candidate will drive sales, mentor their team, and promote the Smiggle brand with a passion for fun products and team inspiration.

A Typical Day Involves:

• Guiding the team to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a fun, colourful, and customer-centric store environment.
• Training, developing, and motivating team members to perform at their best.
• Ensuring the store's visual appeal by implementing visual merchandising directives and executing promotional campaigns.
• Effectively managing stock levels, with a focus on minimising loss to maximise sales, given the nature of Smiggle's products.
• Cultivating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for both customers and staff.
• Creating rosters that ensure smooth store operations and adequate team support during busy periods.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in leading and coaching a team, coupled with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in a retail leadership capacity.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs while managing stock and wage budgets.
• Visual merchandising experience is considered advantageous.
