As a leader in shoe repairs, key cutting, engraving, watch repairs, and auto key/remote duplication, Mister Minit provides a pathway to manage a store, deliver high-quality service, and more. This role is suitable for individuals currently in 2IC or department management roles, small business owners, or those with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or trades who are seeking financial independence.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include

• Delivering exceptional service in key cutting, shoe repairs, engraving, watch repairs, and automotive key duplication.
• Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and daily banking.
• Building customer relationships and fostering repeat business within the local community.
• Learning business fundamentals such as sales targets, profit management, rostering, and supplier relationships.
• Operating specialised equipment safely and maintaining quality standards.
