Your Role as a Sales Consultant:

Leveraging your passion for interiors, you will be instrumental in bringing customer dreams to life. This involves assisting customers with furniture selection, material choices, and collaborating to create their ideal spaces.

• Build genuine connections with customers to understand their style and offer curated solutions.
• Provide expert advice on furniture, textures, and design pairings to help customers transform their spaces.
• Engage with clients in-store, ensuring each interaction is personal and professional.
• Confidently provide quotes to convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed team KPIs.
• Utilise in-house systems for accurate sales processing and customer detail management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Availability on weekends is required.
• A background in retail, interior design/styling, and customer-facing roles.
• Over 2 years of retail sales experience within an interior design, furniture, or related sales-focused role is preferred.
• A natural aptitude for design, attention to detail, and awareness of interior trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you listen, connect, and respond with warmth and confidence.
• Drive and motivation to achieve goals within a supportive team environment.
