This position is suited to an individual who is motivated, possesses strong attention to detail, and prioritises customer service. You will engage with diverse team members and customers, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to foster enduring relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Processing sales transactions.
• Providing product advice and information.
• Addressing customer inquiries and delivering solutions.
• Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented retail environment.
• Processing and managing customer orders.

Requirements:

• Previous retail and/or trade experience.
• Familiarity with, understanding of, and passion for tools.
• Enthusiasm, high motivation, and strong teamwork abilities.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Computer literacy is a requirement.
• Availability for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work.
