As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), your key responsibilities include:

• Prioritising safety at all times, looking out for yourself, your teammates, and every customer.
• Delivering genuine, down-to-earth service to create memorable customer interactions.
• Utilising strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales results and maintain store operations.
• Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Being an enthusiastic and supportive Repco team member, contributing to a fun and positive team culture.
• Receiving, dispatching, and putting away stock, which involves lifting, bending, and climbing.

No automotive experience is required. Bring your personality, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn, and we will provide all the necessary training for you to succeed.
