The North West Hospital and Health Service (NWHHS) is seeking an Accommodation Officer to deliver comprehensive administrative support for its staff accommodation portfolio across the region. This role is essential for ensuring accommodation services are efficient, compliant, and meet organisational requirements, thereby supporting workforce attraction, retention, and wellbeing.
The NWHHS provides public health services across a vast area of approximately 300,000 square kilometres, serving remote communities in North Western Queensland and the Gulf of Carpentaria. Our commitment is to foster community wellbeing and deliver high-quality, accessible, and effective healthcare for everyone.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for the staff accommodation portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure efficient and compliant accommodation services.
- Align accommodation services with organisational needs.
Requirements:
- Possession of a C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening, including Criminal History checks, will be conducted for the successful applicant.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
- A period of probation may apply.
