Administration and Accounts Assistant
Hyne & Son Pty Ltd is seeking an Administration and Accounts Assistant. This is an onsite, part-time position, three days per week, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
The role offers stability and variety, with a focus on providing support across administration, accounts, and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
- Providing reception and front-of-office support.
- Preparing and collating invoices for payment.
- Assisting with vendor and customer enquiries.
- Handling cash and performing banking duties.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks such as filing, mail processing, and system maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you will be organised, take ownership of your work, and be willing to assist wherever needed.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
