Administration, Facilities, Mobilisation & Document Control Opportunities
Covalent Lithium is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as we contribute to a cleaner energy future through responsibly sourced critical minerals. Our integrated mining and refining operations in Western Australia are set to produce 50,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium hydroxide annually, supporting the growth of electric vehicles and energy storage systems, while also reinforcing Australia's critical minerals supply chain. Following the successful transition from construction and commissioning at our Mt Holland mine and Kwinana Refinery, we are establishing a talent pool for current and future opportunities.
We are looking for candidates with experience in:
- Administration
- Site Administration/Mobilisation
- Facilities Administration
- Document Control
Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating site access, mobilisation, travel, accommodation, and onboarding activities.
- Maintaining accurate records, controlled documents, registers, and essential business information.
- Providing facilities, office, and operational administration support across site or corporate teams.
- Assisting leaders and teams with scheduling, reporting, procurement, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Contributing to process improvements, strengthening governance, and fostering a positive experience for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Supporting compliance, governance, and audit requirements through diligent record-keeping and adherence to established processes.
- Liaising with employees, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate activities and address daily enquiries.
Various contract opportunities are immediately available across our operations in Perth WA. Positions are onsite. Suitable candidates will be considered for a talent pool for current and future opportunities arising over the next 6 months.
A competitive remuneration package, commensurate with the role, candidate experience, skills, and qualifications, will be considered for successful candidates. We offer family-friendly 8/6 rosters for FIFO roles to Mt Holland, alongside competitive roster and site allowances. Flexibility and working from home opportunities are actively promoted, subject to individual and operational requirements.

- You are an effective problem solver, adept at resolving day-to-day administrative challenges in a solutions-focused manner.
- You enjoy building positive working relationships and providing excellent customer service to employees, contractors, leaders, and stakeholders.
Your skills and experience:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administration role. Experience in mining, resources, construction, manufacturing, processing, project environments, or other fast-paced operational backgrounds is beneficial. Experience in mobilisation, site, or facilities administration, or other fast-paced administration environments will be highly regarded.
- You are a clear communicator, able to deal effectively, professionally, and confidently with employees, leaders, contractors, and stakeholders.
- You demonstrate a high level of personal initiative, confidentiality, and professionalism, taking ownership of tasks and seeking practical ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- You are proficient in using office and purchasing systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems as required. Experience and proficiency with INX, SAP, and M-Files will be highly regarded.
