About the Role DN Geotechnical Pty Ltd is seeking a dependable and organised Administration Officer to join our Canberra team. This multifaceted position will involve supporting the daily operations of our Canberra office and providing administrative assistance to our national team. As a proactive and positive team member, you will deliver high-quality administrative support and contribute to various office and coordination tasks. This role is suitable for an individual seeking a minimum of 32 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Office Support
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and general scheduling, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and asset registers.
- Maintain records for suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers, and liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers as necessary.
- Coordinate office services such as cleaning and maintenance.
- Handle local office invoicing.
- Manage local office accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist with internal audits, compliance matters, insurance renewals, and quality and safety documentation.
- Provide support with invoicing, debtor management, accounts receivable and payable, and expense processing.
- Prepare basic reports and offer general administrative and ad-hoc support as required.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting advertisements, arranging interviews, and conducting referee checks.
