Administration Officer (Home Care and Allied Health Services)

An opportunity exists for an Administration Officer within the Home Care and Allied Health Services work unit at Gold Coast Health (GCH). GCH is a team of 13,000 dedicated individuals focused on delivering world-class healthcare to residents of the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales.
The Role
This position will support the Home Care and Allied Health Services unit by performing routine administrative reception duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating the main switchboard, handling incoming calls and relaying messages.
- Monitoring the generic administration email inbox daily and processing correspondence.
- Conducting routine data entry, scanning, filing, and maintaining records.
- Sorting and distributing mail, arranging for post office lodgement, and ensuring photocopiers are supplied with paper.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Disclose any serious discipline history.
- Obtain an Aged Care Check, which is required for new employees.

Salary
This role is offered as permanent part-time or temporary part-time. There is one permanent part-time position available, 40 hours per fortnight, or one temporary part-time position for up to three months, also 40 hours per fortnight.
The base salary ranges from $32.18 to $37.53 per hour.
