About the Role This role is within a Mental Health team, focused on delivering seamless administrative support to facilitate quality client care. The position involves managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, fostering strong relationships, and providing essential support across multiple sites within Western Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of client records and data.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Respond to inquiries received via phone, email, and in person.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and external services.
- Prepare correspondence and administrative documentation.
- Support multidisciplinary teams with daily tasks.
- Update databases and monitor information quality.
- Assist with client and team-related inquiries.
- Provide relief coverage across Western Services sites, which may require flexibility in commencement and finish times.
- Contribute to the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
About You You are a proactive administrator who enjoys assisting others and thrives in a busy healthcare setting. You possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a team-oriented approach, enabling you to manage competing priorities effectively while delivering high-quality service.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in administration, reception, or customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare teams.
- Capacity to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines accurately.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgement.
