Administration Supervisor - Specialist Outpatients Department (SOPD) Department of Health - Queensland Caboolture full-time onsite
This is a permanent role to be a key member of Administration Services within the Clinical Directorate (Caboolture and Kilcoy Hospitals and Woodford Corrections Health). The position provides high-level support and advice to Administration, Clinical Services, and Executive staff of the Clinical Directorate.

- Provide high-level support and advice to Administration, Clinical Services, and Executive staff of the Clinical Directorate.
About You: The ideal candidate will be able to carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values:
- Supervise and coordinate administration staff across various areas to meet the requirements of individual work units.
- Liaise with work unit line managers regarding any day-to-day issues in a timely manner.
- Manage staffing rosters for planned and ad hoc leave within budget.
- Manage staffing rosters in collaboration with other administration areas and in line with contemporary human resource management practices and principles.
- Identify staff resource requirements.
- Initiate and manage the recruitment process for permanent, temporary, and casual administration officers for Caboolture-Kilcoy Hospitals, including Prison Health Services.
- Ensure staffing remains within budget allocations.
- Utilise highly developed communication skills and tools to maintain a motivated and effective administrative support team.
