We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Specialist to join our Global and Corporate client support team in Sydney. You will be part of a team supporting Client Managers and Client Executives with national and multinational corporate clients, ensuring seamless support to both internal and external stakeholders and adhering to the highest standards of service delivery. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between working from home and our Aon office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to Account Brokers concerning client insurance and risk needs.
  • Engage in communication with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
