This is a permanent full-time position offering the opportunity to lead and manage the operational aspects of administration staff within the Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS). The role is focused on ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centred services that align with both STARS organisational objectives and Metro North Health's broader goals.
About the Role As an Administration Workforce Coordinator, you will provide operational management and leadership for administration staff across STARS. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused services that effectively meet the demands of the administration workforce.
About You The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to fulfil the following key accountabilities in line with Metro North Health's values:
- Provide operational management and day-to-day leadership to administration staff within STARS.
- Ensure high-quality, client-focused service delivery that meets administration workforce demands.
- Offer professional advice and operational support to the Director of Corporate Services and the Manager Administration Services regarding all aspects of administration workforce management. This includes advice on recruitment, retention, performance, and daily operational matters.
- Oversee all facets of administration workforce operations. This encompasses recruitment and selection processes, rostering, leave management, orientation, performance management, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements, all in accordance with Queensland Health HR policies and guidelines.
