About the Role: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Adelaide Laboratory. This permanent, full-time role operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You will be working within a blue-collar construction environment alongside a team of 30 staff members. The position is based in our office.
Duties:
- Fleet management, including fuel cards, servicing, and repairs.
- Data entry.
- Utilisation of Microsoft Products, specifically Word, Excel, and Email.
- Accounts payable tasks, including processing staff expense claims, purchase orders, and uploading invoices.
- Managing mail, stationery, milk, and birthday cakes.
- Answering telephones and greeting clients.
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Using Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Processing and maintaining laboratory documentation.
- Processing documentation to support our clients.
