The Mersey Leven Community Nursing and Home Care Service (MLCHN&HCS) operates within a Primary Health framework, providing nursing and home care services to clients across a catchment area extending from Ulverstone in the west to Baker Beach in the east, and south to Lorinna and Moina. Clients also receive care by appointment at Community Nursing clinics in Devonport and Ulverstone. MLCHN&HCS is an integrated team that supports its members, fostering a professional and respectful workplace.
You will need:

- The ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Details of Appointment
This is a permanent part-time, day worker position. The role involves working 38 hours per fortnight, with an intended commencement date of 10 August 2026. Hours are to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
This selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies for a period of twelve months from the date of publication.
Salary
The salary range is $68,854 to $73,947 per annum (pro rata), in accordance with the Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2025. This amount is in addition to a 12% employer superannuation contribution.
Salary Packaging
Access to salary packaging is available for a range of benefits, including living expenses up to $9,010 and $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year, plus other benefits if eligible.
