- Accurately manage patient referrals, clinic waitlists, and appointment scheduling with attention to detail.
- Maintain electronic medical records and administrative documentation with accuracy.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and confidential information within a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth operation of outpatient services.

Conditions of Employment
- A current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) is required for this position, involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups.
- Immunisation Risk for this position is Category B.
