Position Overview This is a full-time position, equivalent to 80 hours per fortnight, with a monthly ADO. The role is a fixed-term contract concluding in January 2027. Part-time applicants will be considered.

About the Role South West Healthcare is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to contribute to the effective and efficient functioning of our Specialist Clinics. Located on Level 3 within the Specialist Outpatient Clinics, this role is pivotal in ensuring patients can access care promptly and that clinic operations proceed smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing referrals
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
You will provide friendly, professional support to patients, visitors, and clinical staff, fostering a welcoming and organised environment. Your contributions are essential in supporting our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
