adidas is seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for its Moorabbin DFO store in VIC, on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in:

• Achieving store targets and ensuring an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
• Role modelling service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience, while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Representing the adidas brand, company values, and products in an inspiring and impactful manner.
• Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and ensuring adequate shop floor replenishment.
• Training and coaching the team to refine service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinating team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

• Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
• Visual Merchandising.
• Stockroom Procedures.
