Arc'teryx is seeking an organised, analytical, and collaborative Allocator to join our team at Moorabbin Airport. This full-time, onsite position is crucial in ensuring our retail stores are stocked with the right product, at the right place, at the right time, enabling exceptional guest experiences. You will partner closely with Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

No two days are the same. Your role will involve managing stock flow and replenishment, analysing sales trends, and supporting store launches and campaigns, all while keeping our retail business moving.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the flow of inventory across Arc'teryx retail stores, ensuring timely delivery of the right product to the right location.
• Develop allocation and replenishment strategies informed by sales performance, forecasts, and store requirements.
• Analyse trading performance, sell-through, and inventory levels to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Retail teams to optimise stock levels and support strategies for slow-moving inventory.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning to build balanced assortments that align with commercial objectives.
• Execute stock takes across stores and our distribution centre, reporting on inventory variances.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Distribution, and Operations teams to resolve stock and delivery challenges.
• Support store campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal initiatives by ensuring inventory availability.
• Produce reports and insights to drive inventory decisions and continuously improve processes.

About you:

• Possess 1+ years' experience in allocations, merchandising, buying, inventory management, retail operations, or a similar role.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with confidence in interpreting data and identifying trends.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Possess strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets. SAP or BI experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Have an understanding of retail and how customers shop across multiple channels.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and finding better ways of working.
• Hold a genuine interest in the outdoors, sport, or premium retail brands.
