MyMac Australia Pty Ltd is an Australian owned business specialising in Apple solutions for personal, education, and business needs. As an Apple Authorised Reseller, we are committed to delivering expert advice alongside premium products. We also operate as an Apple Authorised Service Provider, handling both warranty and out-of-warranty repairs conducted on-site by our skilled technicians.

As a Solutions Specialist, you will support a diverse range of customers, identifying their optimal solutions and fostering enthusiasm for their new purchases. This role demands a superior level of customer service, distinct from other retail experiences. Each customer interaction presents an opportunity to cultivate loyalty and encourage repeat business with MyMac. This position offers the chance to work within a dynamic retail setting that evolves in tandem with Apple technology. The role involves engagement with customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service within a fast-paced retail environment, thriving amidst frequent customer interactions.
• Exhibit a passion for technology and Apple products, coupled with a willingness to acquire new skills and product knowledge.
• Utilise confident communication skills to facilitate engaging conversations with individuals and small groups.
• Communicate effectively in written correspondence (emails) and verbally over the phone.
• Achieve set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Undertake account management and development for both walk-in and business customers.
• Manage database entries, accurate invoicing, and financial balancing.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of individuals.
• Demonstrate experience with Mac OSX and iOS, including native programs and third-party applications across computers, iPads, iPhones, and other devices.
• Exhibit a strong attention to detail, along with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Have experience and a demonstrable aptitude in a retail sales environment.

Work Eligibility:

• The right to work unrestricted hours in Australia, operating on a 7-day rotating roster.
