ARB Retail Sales Assistant

Pilbara Motor Group is seeking a talented, energetic, and dynamic Retail Salesperson to join the ARB team in Karratha. ARB is Australia's largest manufacturer and distributor of four-wheel drive accessories, with a national network of 50 ARB stores and over 100 stockists, and an international presence in over 120 countries. This front-line sales role offers the opportunity to join a highly successful organisation and make a significant contribution.

General Responsibilities:

• Respond to sales inquiries from consumers and automotive retail trade customers, both in person and by phone.
• Prepare sales orders, quotes, and proposals for retail, dealer, and stockist customers.
• Complete necessary documentation to finalise sales.
• Contribute to achieving the store's revenue and profit targets.
• Liaise with the Branch Manager to ensure all fitting work is completed on time, in full, and to ARB's quality standards.
• Provide support at special events, such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days.
• Offer backup support to the Branch Manager.

Skills and Attributes:

• Previous retail experience is desirable, particularly within the automotive or parts industry.
• A strong passion for sales with excellent negotiating skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• A passion for cars, four-wheel drives, and an outdoor lifestyle.
• A very strong customer service ethic, characterised by high energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Flair and creativity in retail display.
• The drive and ambition for professional growth and development within the business.
• Mechanical aptitude and 4X4 experience are desirable.
